We know it was online january 1990 and later it was down at summer 1990 for longer time. The system ran on Tag v2.5d1, 38.4 DUAL, 1,2 GB (in 1990!).1 

It seems to have been the main warez board in the southeastern US in 1989-1990. By the summer of 1990, it had been down for a long time and there were rumors that both sysops had been imprisoned.2
